Ordering & Shipping Info:

What methods of payment do you accept?

Can I order by phone?
Yes, please call us at 785-843-0080 during store hours. Please see About Us for a listing of the store hours.

Will I be charged sales tax?
We are required to collect sales tax for shipments within Kansas only. If your shipping address is outside the State of Kansas you will not be charged a sales tax. If Phoenix Gallery is not collecting your state's taxes, you are expected to comply with your state's current laws regarding purchases over the Internet.

What is the Delivery Area?
We currently ship within the United States, Hawaii and Alaska. We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories.
For International Orders Phoenix Gallery will charge actual shipping costs. International Orders cannot be placed online at this time, but please call us with your order and we will be happy to assist you.

How are the Shipping Costs determined?
Shipping costs are based on the weight of the items purchased. Shipping costs will automatically be generated on check out. 

What shipping options do I have?
Standard shipping is via Fedex Ground and shipments normally take 3-5 business days, depending on delivery location.
Expedited shipping is available, see options at check out.

When will my order ship? 
Orders are shipped within 2-3 days from receipt of the order.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation e-mail with a link to track your order. 

Can I ship to multiple addresses?
At this time we are unable to ship to multiple addresses during a single online transaction.

Can I send an item as a gift to someone?
Yes, all items will be shipped in gift boxes and we can include a gift card with your personalized message which can be entered during check out. Gift items are sent with price tags removed, artist information and care instructions included. The invoice for gift items will be sent separately to the billing address.

How do I report damaged shipments?
Please call us immediately at 785-843-0080 to report your damaged shipment. We will process a claim and/or replacement, FedEx often requires an inspection in the event of damage so please keep all packing materials and the item until notified. Phoenix Gallery must be notified within 7 days of delivery of any damaged goods or we cannot process a claim. Please inspect all deliveries thoroughly upon arrival.

Product & Artist Info:

Will the item I receive look exactly like the one in the photo?
The majority of time, yes. However, all items are handcrafted by an individual and therefore there may be slight variations in some pieces including color and detail. Even so, we make every effort to make sure that the product shown is what you will receive.

Is the handmade pottery functional?
Yes, all our pottery is completely functional unless otherwise noted.

How do I care for handmade pottery?
All the pottery is handmade and lead free. It can be used safely in the microwave, oven and dishwasher. Never use pottery on the stovetop. For best pottery durability when baking, place the pottery into a cold oven and then preheat the oven. Alternately, the piece may be preheated by filling with hot tap water. The pieces are made to enjoy daily!

How do I care for handcrafted wood items?
Handmade wood bowls and utensils can be washed with soapy water, dry promptly. To prevent drying, apply edible oil as needed. Wooden vases require a waterproof liner. Do not place wood items in oven, dishwasher or microwave.

How do I learn more about the artist?
We include artist information with each piece. This will tell you the artist's name, where they are from and additional information about them and their work. We will be adding this information to the website shortly.

Return/Exchange Info:

What is your return/exchange policy?
Refunds are available if the items is received by us within 14 days of receipt of the item.
Exchanges and in-store credit are available if the item is received by us with 30 days of receipt of the item. 

Shipping charges on all returned/exchanged items will not be refunded.
